Every painting is an original, handmade work. Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in person, and sizes are approximate.

When a painting has been sold, the artist may, on request, paint a new version of the same subject. A new version is a new original piece: it is painted by hand again, so it will be very similar to the first but not identical, and it is listed as a separate artwork with its own details.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.
• Please give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can also buy as a guest. Guests must accept these terms at checkout.

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The total is locked when you place your order.
• Payment is made on the secure payment page of our payment partner, AzamPay. We do not see or store your card or mobile money details. See our Privacy Policy.
• Your order is confirmed only after AzamPay confirms your payment.

When you place an order, the painting is reserved for you while you complete payment. If payment is not completed we may release the painting so others can buy it. If a painting turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you and refund the full amount.

• We ship worldwide with DHL, and your painting is packed to protect it in transit.
• When your order ships, we send you the tracking details so you can follow it until it arrives.
• Estimated delivery time: [X to Y business days, confirm]. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• You must give a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details or by customs checks.
• For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country are [the buyer’s responsibility, confirm].
• Please inspect the parcel on arrival and contact us promptly if it looks damaged.

We issue refunds to customers who are eligible. You may be eligible if, for example:

• your painting arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description;
• we cannot fulfil your order; or
• cancellation before shipping

To request a refund, email kibikijonathan8@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and, if the painting is damaged, photos of the painting and packaging. We will review your request and reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through AzamPay. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider usually 5 to 7 business days. But the shipping fee will not be refunded to the customers

All paintings, photographs, text and designs on this website belong to the artist and the gallery. Buying a painting gives you ownership of the physical artwork. It does not give you the copyright or the right to reproduce the painting unless we agree otherwise in writing [confirm].

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays outside our control such as customs holds or carrier disruptions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania .
