• Account details: your name, email address, optional phone number and password. Your password is never stored in readable form.
• Order and delivery details: the paintings you order, your email, phone number and delivery address, and the status of your order.
• Payment records: the payment reference, amount, currency and result (successful, failed or pending) that our payment partner sends us after you pay. See section 4.
• Technical information: basic data such as IP address and browser type, kept in security logs to protect the website.
• Information stored in your browser: your cart, your login session and the order numbers you have placed, so you can return to track them. See section 9.

We do not sell your personal information.

Payments are processed by our payment partner, AzamPay, on AzamPay’s own secure payment page. You enter your card or mobile money details there, not on our website.

We never see, collect or store your full card number, expiry date, security code or mobile money PIN. After a payment attempt, AzamPay tells us the result and we keep a record of it (order number, payment reference, amount, currency and status) so we can confirm your order, handle refunds and keep our accounts.

AzamPay handles your payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

• AzamPay, to take and confirm your payment and process refunds.
• DHL, our delivery partner. We share the delivery details you give us (such as your address, phone number and email) so they can deliver your order, provide tracking and complete customs clearance for international shipments.
• Service providers that host and run our website and send our emails, who may only use your information to provide those services to us.
• Authorities, where the law requires us to share information.

Because we deliver worldwide and use international service providers, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We only share what is needed for the purpose, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.

We keep account information while your account is open. We keep order and payment records for as long as the law requires us to for accounting and tax purposes [confirm period, for example 5 years], and for as long as needed to handle refunds or disputes.

Our website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access to personal information is restricted. No system is completely secure, so please choose a strong, unique password and keep it private.

We use only what is needed for the shop to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and remembering the orders you placed on this device. [If you later add analytics or advertising tools, update this section and ask for consent where required.]

Under applicable data protection law, including Tanzania’s Personal Data Protection Act, 2022, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Our website is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
